This will also give your listing a recogniton of being a GarWEB.com affiliate netowork partner on our directory, giving you even more exposure. To receive your free directory listings you must reciprocate by providing a link from your web site to our network. The only way you can truly provide a reciprocal link is if the link can be found by search engines. To achieve this please choose a text link option.

Link Option 2
You can place a text link to us from any page within your web site. This is only an option if you have a search-engine friendly web site that is capable of being spidered by search engines for inclusion in their search results.
It's Important! The page you place our text link on must actually be a part of your web site which means the url to the page must be from your domain. This excludes some of the link building site programs used by some realtors & businesses which use a links page based on another web site url. This page within
your web site must also be indexable by search engines and be included in google's database.
This also may exclude some web site pages where the pages have been dynamically generated.
The link itself must be indexable meaning the page can not be using javascript or cgi.
You can check the web page you intend on placing your links on, by going to Google then type the page url into Goggle's search box or by typing "allinurl:yourrealestatedomain.com" in Goggle's search box -
where "yourrealestatedomain.com" is, it should be your actual domain name. This command returns all of
the web pages from your domain included within Google's index. This will show if the web page you'll be placing your links on is indexed by Google.
If you can't find the page in Google that you were going to place the link on, you can place the link on
a page that is listed by Google or you can try submitting the page again using Google's add url feature.
If after following the directions above you find that your existing web site is not search-engine friendly
